Faith in The Secret

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne

With all the hype that followed the success of ‘The Secret’, more people are now diligently bringing more thought into what they want and into the actual thoughts themselves.

  • “What am I thinking about?’”
  • “What should I be thinking?” and
  • “How should I be thinking?’”

These are all useful and potentially powerful thought patterns, well worth assimilating into ones’ daily life habits.

However, a stream of back lash has also appeared, as it often does after the peak of media ‘trends’ subsides.

‘Why hasn’t it worked for me?’ seem to be the most commonly asked question from frustrated and dissatisfied avid followers of the techniques.

Apparently, there are certain conditions to the ‘secret’ that were mentioned but may too frequently be overlooked by the over enthusiasts.

Firstly, the best conditions for the success of creating consciously is that we need to be in a genuinely positive state of mind when thinking of whatever it is we wish to manifest.

The other condition is that we must allow the desired outcome to manifest, releasing any concerns or attachment to it because we know that it will happen.

It is this latter condition however, that can prove to be rather challenging, despite what we may know or practice.

Faith and trust is what is actually required.

Trust in the process itself and faith in ‘the law of attraction’.

It may not take the amount of time that we anticipated (often slower but sometimes faster) and the details may not be what one expects. Nevertheless, even when all does not seem to resemble the desired outcome, one needs to have enough faith and trust that it is on its way.

So why is it that this part has proven to be the most difficult for so many people, despite their abundance of knowledge and wisdom?

In our relentless pursuit of greater knowledge, awareness and growth, we must always remember that the greatest achievement of all is to simply…be.

This can be a rather challenging task to a lot of people. To ‘be’ rather than be in action requires a calmness and stillness within.

This may be fairly accessible if one is trekking through the Himalayas or on a meditation retreat but what of the rest of us living our busy city lifestyle? What of the people working hard and in need of nothing short of a miracle to fulfil those desires they wish to manifest in the hope of finally receiving some good fortune into their lives?

The answer seems to still be …faith.

When one has faith, doubt can not exist. It is impossible. Much like how darkness can not exist where there is light. Even if it is merely a torch in a dark room, that little beam of light outshines any darkness and brings focus to whatever we bring the light to.

Bring light into your life through your faith. It has to start with faith in you. It is the core, the basis of which all else can proliferate out of, the determining factor of which reality you allow and think you deserve to manifest.

People often loose faith due to painful or traumatic experiences in their lives. These experiences can affect the person in ways that they may not fully be aware of, despite thinking they ‘know better’.

We can help you change this so that you can create the reality you want and deserve.

This is the secret to the art of allowing. It is time to restore your faith. It is time to really bring the ‘secret’ out of the dark and into the light…
