it's all possible
With all the hype that followed the success of ‘The Secret’, more people are now diligently bringing more thought into what they want and into the actual thoughts themselves.
These are all useful and potentially powerful thought patterns, well worth assimilating into ones’ daily life habits.
However, a stream of back lash has also appeared, as it often does after the peak of media ‘trends’ subsides.
‘Why hasn’t it worked for me?’ seem to be the most commonly asked question from frustrated and dissatisfied avid followers of the techniques.
Apparently, there are certain conditions to the ‘secret’ that were mentioned but may too frequently be overlooked by the over enthusiasts.
Firstly, the best conditions for the success of creating consciously is that we need to be in a genuinely positive state of mind when thinking of whatever it is we wish to manifest.
The other condition is that we must allow the desired outcome to manifest, releasing any concerns or attachment to it because we know that it will happen.
It is this latter condition however, that can prove to be rather challenging, despite what we may know or practice.
Faith and trust is what is actually required.
Trust in the process itself and faith in ‘the law of attraction’.
It may not take the amount of time that we anticipated (often slower but sometimes faster) and the details may not be what one expects. Nevertheless, even when all does not seem to resemble the desired outcome, one needs to have enough faith and trust that it is on its way.
So why is it that this part has proven to be the most difficult for so many people, despite their abundance of knowledge and wisdom?
In our relentless pursuit of greater knowledge, awareness and growth, we must always remember that the greatest achievement of all is to simply…be.
This can be a rather challenging task to a lot of people. To ‘be’ rather than be in action requires a calmness and stillness within.
This may be fairly accessible if one is trekking through the Himalayas or on a meditation retreat but what of the rest of us living our busy city lifestyle? What of the people working hard and in need of nothing short of a miracle to fulfil those desires they wish to manifest in the hope of finally receiving some good fortune into their lives?
The answer seems to still be …faith.
When one has faith, doubt can not exist. It is impossible. Much like how darkness can not exist where there is light. Even if it is merely a torch in a dark room, that little beam of light outshines any darkness and brings focus to whatever we bring the light to.
Bring light into your life through your faith. It has to start with faith in you. It is the core, the basis of which all else can proliferate out of, the determining factor of which reality you allow and think you deserve to manifest.
People often loose faith due to painful or traumatic experiences in their lives. These experiences can affect the person in ways that they may not fully be aware of, despite thinking they ‘know better’.
We can help you change this so that you can create the reality you want and deserve.
This is the secret to the art of allowing. It is time to restore your faith. It is time to really bring the ‘secret’ out of the dark and into the light…
The most painfully confusing topic in our lives often seems to be in the realm of the heart.
No matter who we are, what we know or what we think we know why is it that when it comes to matters of the heart, we are often overwhelmed by confusion?
In truth, it is not matters of the heart that is confusing; it is actually matters in the mind that confuses us.
Our heart always knows what it wants, to love with abandonment and or to truly be happy. If it was up to our hearts, these intentions would be carried out with no regards to consequence.
However, we allow our mind to withhold our heart from these core wish fulfilments and re-prioritise our values. We are confused due to our minds’ attempt to "figure out what is best" or to "think" the heart into submission.
The mind, despite its well meaning intentions, is frequently tarnished by past beliefs learned throughout our upbringing and influenced by social conditioning. Whether it was a domineering mother, an absent father, sibling rivalry, an uncaring or abusive guardian, a lot of us have experienced some form of deep seated pain during our childhood.
This pain is carried on to our adult years, influencing our behaviour today. If you were spared the painful childhood, the confusion of puberty and the teenage years can often instil or strengthen insecurities, fears, shame, guilt, anger and other negative emotions experienced.
The pain one felt either through a single traumatic event or repeated experiences are enough to form a belief within an individual about themselves.
These beliefs, although subjective and illusive, are expressed as "real" behaviours by individuals and manifested as a "reality" in their lives.
The influence of culture, religion, the media and associates can strengthen or weaken these beliefs.
However, the pain in our past has been recorded and held on a deeply emotional (unconscious) level. That is why despite discussing it or "knowing better", we still often can not seem to change or "undo" these set beliefs.
In order to change them effectively, we need to make the changes and release the pain on a deeper level than what we are consciously and habitually aware of.
Through utilising hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), changes are made in the realm of the unconscious. It is the most effective and deepest way to change behaviours, fears and habits.
It is the way back to your heart.
